H&R x springs & Koni Yellows installed, ? about rear
2009 E92 328i xdrive, I installed H&R springs for xdrive and Koni yellows. The fronts are easy to adjust and I have them 2 turns from the softest setting. I'm still going back and forth with them.
The rear are set at 1 1/2 turns from the softest setting. The rear feels like it's constantly bouncing around. Here is where I'm getting myself confused. Increasing the dampening would resolve it? Also, sitting on 19's staggered at 40psi. 18's were my first choice, but I couldn't pass on the deal I got. And all the upper and lower mounts front and rear as well as bump stops were replaced in the process. The car goes in for alignment next week, but I can't see how the alignment would having anything to do with the back end hopping around. |
