19x9.5et22 Scraping on e92 335i

Bought my friend's VMR 710's.
Rears are 19x9.5et22 on 275/35/19's

I'm fender rolled but still scrapping on the freeway when the road transitions (like a dip when the road isn't completely conformed).

Will 265/35 be fine? or better safe than sorry and go with 255/35?

It depends on your suspension but I run a 265/30-19 on a 19x9.5+30 and rolled rear fenders and I don't rub.
