Coding assistance in Gilbert, Phoenix, AZ area?

I plan to go grab a new EverStart Maxx H8 from Walmart as my battery in my 328i E92 just died.

But I don't want to go pay an arm and a leg to have a shop register the battery. Is there anyone in the valley (Phoenix, AZ, specifically Gilbert) that I can shoot a couple bucks to register it for me?

Is there a compiled list of reputable coders to work with?
