Need some help

I just bought an 08 335i coupe Montego Blue with black. It came in off the truck with two scratches, very small, not noticeable to the untrained eye. The scratches are at the corner of my hood and on the A pillar (driver side). The dealership said they would fix it at a later point (i wanted to take delivery and drive the car). The paint shop said if the do paint the vehicle; the paint will not match the factory orange peel on the car. I do plan on changing the hood but the A pillar is what realy bothers me. I don't know wheather to have the car painted, or to have it brushed touched?
