Catless Downpipes vs Emission Inspection

I have a emission inspection within the next month. A friend of mine ran it and it said that my o2 sensors, heated o2, egr/vtt, and evap sys are all not ready. If anyone know that can help me trick the system or help me with these issues.

Google VRSF N55 downpipe fix its $99 and there is a link couple posts down talking about it with a DIY guide on installing it.
