06 325i Sedan with 20's

This question may have been asked but can I put staggered 20's on my car without rolling the fenders? I have been calling rim shops and tirerack and they tell me no but I called Discount tires and they said you can with no problems. I am just trying to find someone with the set up to let me know whats true.

as long as the offsets are right, they will fit without fender modification. plenty of e9x's running 20's on this board.

depends on how aggressive you want to rears to stick out. On a 10in wide wheel, u could probably get away with offsets as low as et30~ et32 (maybe a little more) without rubbing or fender mods.

http://www.streetdreams.org/wheels/r...5/Chrome/20/10

this web site shows the offsets for 5x120 bolt pattern. looks like they only come in +40 or +45 offsets for 10in wide. it can still work, but you will need to run 10mm spacers to acheive the net +30 or +35 offset.

shouldn't, you will still have the net +30 or +35 offset if you use the 10mm spacers on a +40 or +45 wheel.

if you really like these wheels and are worried about rubbing, then you should do the +40. mount them first to see how they look. if its not aggressive enough add either 5mm or 10mm spacers later. 10mm ~ 0.4 inches , so you should be able to determine how much clearance you have after the wheels are mounted.

just remember adding spacers will push the wheels out towards the fenders and will lower your offsets accordingly.

my set is +38 offset........

I tried 5 mm spacers in the rear......now 10 mm spacers are on order....

then i'm moving the 5 mm spacers to the front.........

go with the +40 offset..........and if you're not lowered....there should be no rubbing at all

if lowered....the front might rubbed a little when you turned hard into corner dip or driveway......
