new car financing rates through BMW

anyone know if the 3.9 rate will -

1. terminate at the end of the month next week
2. drop to less than 3.9
3. extend through the month of July

does BMW ever get involved in cash rebates, either to the dealer or customer?

I just spoke to my dealer about financing rates and he said there is most likely going to be a new program for july, but doesnt know what it is yet.

To my knowledge BMW doesnt really do cash rebates to the customer, but more along the lines of package incentives such as an option credit.
