TPMS question

I am getting new wheels and tires for an 08 335i. THe tire pressure sensors (433 mhz) (from tire rack) are from the company that makes them for BMW. What do I need to do to "reset" the TPMS in the car after installation. ( I have idrive if that helps. I was told that I would not have to go to the dealer for any computer resets. The tire rack usually has good intel.

There is a setting on your iDrive for your tires. Select that then select TPMS. Then click on reset. You may have to be patient because it can take a few minutes to reset.
