No mph speedo solution?

I visited the US and had no idea what speed I was going as my speedo is only Km/h. All I knew was 60mph = 100kmh.

Any ideas to know my speed? I don't have data either on my phone in the states. Do GPS speed apps require data?

All I can think of is using a chart with speeds converted...

You can code the car the have the digital speedo then change the units to MPH

Solution to this is really easy.

Google, search conversion kmh to mph, save screen shot on your cellphone, done.
