After ordering

Do you usually keep in contact with your CA after you ordered your car? Does your CA keep you updated with phone call or email if you didn't tell them to?

If you know your car is already at the dealer, do you call your CA or do you call your CA right away to setup a date to pick up?

If he's given you an ETA, I wouldn't call him until about a week or two before it's scheduled to arrive (this is just in case if there is a delay at least you will know about it before hand). If the car arrives earlier than expected he/she will definitely let you know.

I bug that mother f'er all the time via email. I'm trying to get crap done before delivery like window tint, so I'm constantly bugging him.

i would call my CA twice a day. He didnt understand, but i didnt care.
i bet he was pulling his hair out
