07 328xi Key Fob (non comfort)

I just bought the car on Saturday from a dealer with a dead key. The dealer claims he's going to get me a new key but just in case, does anyone have a solution for a new key fob that doesn't involve a BMW dealer? Can I buy a blank one and get it cut and programmed? Someone give me some guidance! thanks!!!

Call or contact him, he is Awesome.
Tell him I sent you.

Look at Video from 2:20 to 2:25min time.

BMW DME reprogramming.
A secondhand DME (MSD81) bought from eBay was to used to replace the original DME (MSD80).
BMW 335i E90
This can be done on bench without the car.
