Throttle position not matching pedal position

This has happened a few times to me now. After driving for 30 min or so the throttle stops working like it should, I floor it and it barely opens the throttle. No codes and when I shut the car off and turn it back on it's back to normal. Any thoughts?

Log: https://datazap.me/u/heel-toe/log-15...data=2-3-20-23

EDIT: This has been resolved, a faulty cooling fan was the cause

Interesting one, your torque limit Active is 512, should be 0. That has killed the load requested. So no need for the throttle to open full.
Im not sure what causes the torque limit 512, anything you did recently?

Ps, your hpfp looks done. The torque limit 512 must be some safety.

Shit I didn't even link these two together. I've had the code for fuel pump plausibility before, 2AAF. Now it's making sense. Probably need to put a new hpfp in. Thanks man

Here's a log under boost. Fuel pressures look fine here. Is 700psi while crusing low? I can't remember it's been so long since I actually looked closely at logs.

HPFP warranty is 10 years 120k, I'm literally right at both of those milestone right now

This one is fine. The earlier log should have been "under boost" as well but its not because of 512. Hpfp looks dying.
Candidate for warranty.

I see that. But is there anything way to confirm what causes the 512 fault?

I also got these same codes a few weeks ago but then cleared them to see if they would come back, not sure if they ever did but maybe could be a fan issue too?

Your rail pressures are way too low in the first log...done

It's not under boost though so it probably shouldn't be 2000 psi. I think it actually might be fan related. I just went to the store and it went into the same limp mode and the fan was on full blast even though the coolant temp was only 175 and oil like 210 or something. Also, these codes below...

And here's a log at idle when fan was on full and in limp mode again
