2013 e92 335i flash tuning options

Hi all, i'm relatively new to the flash tuning options for later models of e92 with n55. My car is currently bone stock and im just looking for a small bump in power and preferably some burbles

. What are my options that wouldn't include unlocking my DME? Thanks!

Only jb4 or Dinan tunes unfortunately. I am on the same boat.

BMW's performance kit/tune (PPK) will give you the burbles and a small power bump. Unfortunately given that your car is a 2013, you will have to go through the dealership to flash it instead of having it coded (2012 and older vehicles). Dinan offers some more powerful tunes, and while not as potent as MHD, they are pretty refined and smooth. JB4 is also an option, but piggy back tunes for the N55 seem to have mixed reviews around these parts.

Guys don't waste the money with a Jb4 or PPK, Dme unlock is around $100 and instructions to pull the dme are here:

MHD costs $199 for a flasher module, $49 for a map package. $248 for a tune that's not tricking your ecu and has full consistences, ability to add a custom tune if you want to do so in the future, and read clear codes/reset engine parameters.

I would go ahead and remove your DME to have it bench flashed. Definitely worth it!
