WTB Turbos

Anyone thinking of selling their aftermarket turbos anytime soon?
Looking for a set of RB Next Gens, Pure Stage 2s or similar sized units.

PM me if you're thinking of selling

Matt

Lots of finger pointing and denial from all parties involved.

All I'll say is pls do your research on competent work shops to fit these things.

If you can find a shop who is willing to supply and fit these along with a warranty that's your best bet.

RB won't guarantee warranty on these based on the blade damage. They want me to send back to the US and see if they will do a 'goodwill' repair. Approx $600 total in postage there and back.

These are RB Next Gen Plus's as well, so dont believe things your read about zero failures.

I'm getting them rebuilt here and fitted / tuned properly.

If I had my time again I'd be going PS2's fitted by Simply Tuning in Bris or Hills Eurohaus in Sydney

Mate I know your pain.
When I had my old RB's installed the workshop I used made a mess of everything, I ended up needing to replace the motor because of it.

I will use a workshop that knows what they're doing from now on, not worth the pain from using one out of convenience.

I saw on ebay not long ago stockers rebuild with billet compressors for sale, all work done by http://atpturbo.com.au/ in Melbourne. When it comes to turbos these guys now their shit and have been around for a while in the JDM scene.
