VRSF Customer Service
Hey Guys, I have tried 3 times contacting VRSF 3 days in a row now through their website, can't get a hold of them at all, and find it kind of silly they don't list an e-mail or phone number on their website.
Starting to get frustrated as I need to return an order I received a couple days ago. Anyone else experienced this? or know someone who can help? Thanks. |

Lol I asked a question about their down pipes using their online form and never got an answer either.
Kind of wondering and afraid even tho they say "lifetime" warranty. |

Hey All,
I just want to quickly post some pics and details about my experience with ordering from VRSF for all to see as it seems lots of people have had good experiences and others not. My order was larger than most and recent so hopefully this helps others to decide what they want to get and from who. To start out, I was curious about VRSF's products and had a few questions. So I e-mailed them and got a reply from customer service in the same day with detailed information addressing my questions. I was impressed by this (becoming a hard company quality to find) and it made me more comfortable placing such a large order with them. Personally, ordering from them was a total breeze for me. I submitted my order online all at once, it shipped all at once, and I had the parts in hand in under a week. My whole order came complete correct and undamaged! I was pleased. Everything fit perfect and installed exactly as I expected. No fuss or modding to anything was required. I was very pleased with the quality and highly recommend all these products. I am particularly happy I went with the Turbosmart Raceport instead of the Tial Q, it sounds amazing in person! The Tial doesn't even compete in my book. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask!

Weird, I have spent like over $2k US with VRSF and bought almost every N54 product they offer. Still have no complaints. Received my parts in under a week. Relocated aluminum inlets and aluminum outlets were just installed on my big twins

I can't stress enough the importance of contacting support@vr-speed.com with any issues you may have.
With that said, please look at the post count of the people who have supposed issues. When someone has 3 posts and they're all directed towards harming someone's business I think it's obvious they have an agenda. |

Hello Tiago@VRSF i have been having a hard time getting a hold of anyone via your email as well. I have sent several through your website but no response?? I ordered inlets and a 5" intercooler. Received the inlets on the 27th but no intercooler. FedEx is saying only one package was shipped. Can i please get an update of any kind im confused and have a car torn apart ready for these parts to be installed. Thank you!
