Not to sure . . . esp that the air bags are different after 2006.

Yes it will . . . I checked with ECS Tuning. However, only the 325i Sport Package air bag will swap over, see photos. If you're interested, let me know what your address is and I can get a UPS quote for you. ---Thanks.
