Caliper paint - custom colors?

I want to paint my calipers Project Mu teal. Since Project Mu doesn't make brake kits for our cars, I can't buy from them, and frankly, I'm more than happy with my Stoptech rotors and pads. I still love the color, so...

I know that caliper paint is usually a special high temp formulation, so my question is twofold:
  • Does anyone do custom colors in high-temp paint?
  • What would happen if I used regular paint instead of high-temp?

I've thought about doing something on my valve cover in the same color as well, but I'm not sure exactly what yet (don't want to go overboard).

Look into powder coating. Prismatic has few teal shades.
