after 1500 posts you don't know this ? VMR's are the most concave of the reps... Go with MORR VS7's if you want the most concave look

What's the deal with concavity anyway? Is it difficult to cast a concave wheel?

Clearly the forum members are looking for the maximum concavity -- why would any of the wheel manufacturers deliver anything less than a concavity comparable to the OEM wheel?

So far, this is what I've gathered from reading the posts here:

VMR has the best concavity and looks most like OEM, but no markings around the center cap
Miro has the best color and the spokes are closest to OEM, but no markings around the center cap
SPP is the least expensive and has the markings around the center cap like OEM, but also has the least concavity

VMR and Miro have a front ET40, whereas SPP has a front ET35.

Lets just say, making a wheel isn't easy...

It really depends on how much time you want to dedicate into R&D, how many times you want to draw and redraw, tool and retool. The more revisions you do, the more time and money it takes.

By having a wheel on a cad drawing looks different than an actual wheel sitting in front of you, it also looks different than a wheel sitting on an actual car.

I'm not saying that others take short cuts to bring products to get to market, only saying that it takes a great deal of time to get it right...

Thank you VMRWheels!
I guess that is why the general consensus here is that the VB3 concavity is closest to OEM.

Very well put, but the Miro fronts are ET35 not ET40. Having said that I carry both VMR and Miro. I love both company's.
