Does anyone know where I can buy Piaa HID 4600k ballast, bulb and warning control? I can't find Piaa contact email or phone number...

Where are you located? That is only sold in Japan, not available in the US of A.

i'm in Indonesia. I checked with Korean suppliers and all of them sold out.

Some of them will ship overseas. You just need to type in the model number in the search box.

bulb and ballast and warning-controler.
PIAA warning-controler is error free for E90.
But you need use both PIAA bulb and PIAA ballast.

PIAA bulb PlasmaIonYellow 33390 yen.
or
PIAA bulb 6600K 51240 yen

PIAA ballast 41790 yen.
PIAA warning-controler 31290 yen.

Then, Sorry We can’t export our items.
We can sell only domestic.

I would suggest using http://www.crescent-shop.com or http://www.fromjapan.co.jp to obtain the kit from Rakuten.
