Mtech and OEM spoiler difference

Is there a difference between these two? Not talking about the M3 spoiler either

The Mtech ones are more square and has that slit in the middle where as the OEM one is a little more rounded and does not have that slit.

the mtech one is also alot more aggressive than the regular oem spoiler. the M one also has greater curvature and blends into the body more so than the regular oem spoiler
