New Owner: Question about Tinting

Just wanted to say hi to everyone...Just picked up my Black 328i Coupe on Friday...loving the car...

First things first, I want to get it tinted...But, I heard from a friend that the tint may bubble around the outside part of our windows since there are those black dots...(don't know what its called or what its for)...

Do you guys have the same problem? I made an appointment with Tint King for 250 all in. How did the tint from the group buy turn out @ Thornhill?

I think I'm gonna sign up for the TO meet

the bubbles caused by the Dot matrixs and usually more obviously on the top of the rear windshields...you can't really avoid it, some shops can do less bubbles than the orders...GL

I did mine at tint king on the queensway $ 200 cash
the graphite one
The dot matrix issue on the rear window is noticable up close from the outside.
To solve that I bought the AC roof spoiler.
but it will not bubble or peel off if that's what you meant

Wasn't there a debate about whether metallic tint vs. ceramic, and that metallic might possibly cause issues?
