Hi,

Just installed full afe power cat back exhaust kit, but im getting very annouing vibration from 1.5k~2k RPM area. Its so annoying that im thinking about going back to stock sfter two days.

I think its hitting one of the diff/ suspension part in the rear and makin vibration/rattleing interior.

If i change to stock mid pipe and install just the muffler, would it be different?

I like the sound but it is way too loud for me to handle.

Double check the hangers and mounts, see if AfE recommends anything ifferent than OEM configuration. Otherwise take it into a muffler shop, many will do a courtesy inspection.

My muffler guy was trying to cut the pipe, but mine was ceramic coated so i didnt want to cut the pipe. I've ordered extended hanger, but im not sure that will solve the vibration.

If i put stock mid pipe, willthere be less vibration/rattle inside?

Depends on the source. Maybe jack it up and have some rev it a little while you look underneath with a torch.
