235/35/19 or 245/35/19
I just recieved my tires.
General's - 235/35/19Front and 275/30/19Rear Offset 35F/30R e90 Now im thinking I should have gone wider in the front. 245/35/19! Should I exchange the fronts or do you think this is setup is fine? Rims are M6 reps. |

Why do so many people add to the stagger? I have chosen 245/275 and only get minor rubbing with an ET of 35 when backing up and turning left.
Running a 235/275 makes an already understeering chassis even worse.

Im also a little worry about rubbing in the rear with 275's but im taking the chance anyway. If it rubs ill increase camber I guess. Im lowerd a little bit with PSS9's.
Basicly I read today that 245's helps with understeer but may rub and 235's match 275s diamater the best witch is better for tread life and keeps the odometer accurite. So far, I still thinking I should have gone 245's mostly because I wanted the extra thickness. Park2670, are you lowered or stock hight? |

i went with 245 up front to give my wheels a bit more sidewall to protect from our horrible roads. I am running 275 in the rear as well

Have you had people in your back seat yet? I'd image with even a one finger gap in the rear, it will rub pretty bad with people in it.

No people in the back, but I had 2 tires in the back seat and a rim with tire in the truck at the same time. Didnt rub yet. I 'll get a better idea as I drive this week.

On stock suspension I rarely rub in the front, but rub nonetheless with 245/35/19 goodyears. It's mostly when turning left like Park2670 said.

Ok, today I did some driving and sure enough, it rubs!
Im going to have to rase the PSS9's in the back. I could maybe increase negative camber. Or just role the fenders. I was quoted like $80.00 per side to role. Im still happy that I went with 275's Rear. I sticking with the 235/35's for the front. |

Thats interesting that it rubs. Seems that some guys have no problem running 275s, dropped and even more aggressive of an offset. Guess it all just depends on the car.
