The front end design is no doubt due to substantial cooling requirements. I've a friend whose son races and has driven many competitors including the naturally aspirated V-12 from the last production cycle and he claims this car is head and shoulders above the V-12 vantage. He is going to work for them in Newport Beach and loves the AMG motor. Former IMSA champ so I'll take his word.

Does it vacuum the road while you drive?

The problem's not the huge grill but the squinty small front lights. The side panel thing is just silly (it is even functional?) but the back is deadly. Still not liking they put a slushbox in it. Cmon AM. Seems like the only high-tech Brit carmaker is McLaren.
