Two PM,s and an email, and nada. If he's on vacation or something, then I guess, but seems sort of odd when I was close to pulling the trigger...

I doubt he closed up. I just spoke with him a couple days ago. I remember him mentioning he was going on vacation or just coming back from a vacation. Give him a day or two. Or give him a call.

I kinda thought so, but if for some reason I don't hear from him in a week or so, you know where to find me.
