DiMisa v3.5 Tips Installed - Photos and Video
Just got these installed over the weekend.
DiMisa's 3.5 inch tip is well proportioned and goes quite well with my "Clean Mod" theme look. The sound is great specially if you combine it with the "easy exhaust sound mod" (disconnecting the actuator connection in the trunk). A good alternative until I decide on a performance exhaust system in the near future. You can hear what it looks and sound like here : Last edited by Tondtar; 12-16-2008 at 12:28 PM.. |

Might want to edit your license plate out of it.
Nice tips!

I can't believe how nice those look. Perfectly centered. I think the 4" is just a little to big. Nice job and nice video too! Debadge looks clean too...gotta do that myself.

Thanks, Bro. I agree. 3.5" is the way to go. That is what the man, J.P. DiMisa himself has on his E92. I think beside the size and the look, proper installation is a must. You gotta find a shop that knows what to do. I was lucky to find one close by courtesy of other members here. Right on

After those clean tips might want to invest in some Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish. My friend with a GT mustang has those tips an I polished them for him...night and day aftter hard driving.

Get the Mother's Mini Power Ball as well and hook it up to your drill and add polish to the tips or the powerball and polish 'em up. It might take a while to get them clean, but don't get frustrated, just keep adding polish and buffing at gun-ho speed. Took me about 30 minutes each tip on the mustang but that's because they were pitch black all over. Trust me on this one, you will LOVE the polish and Powerball combo.

Is this reversible for lease end or dealer visits?
EDIT: apparently it is welded but easily changed back.
