RPM needle vibrating while car turned off

Hey guys,

I have a mysterious problem. My RPM needle is vibrating randomly for a few seconds and while vibrating all other needles don‘t work, but only if the engine is shut down. It is really strange.

I made a video of it, I am adding it’s iCloud link bellow. Any help would be nice, because it is annoying.

Mine does the same. I can hear it clicking too. Sometimes I get shadow fault code that kombi does not go to sleep or something in that order. it has been like this for maybe 4 years now.

That's weird.
These cars do not instantly go to sleep when
they are shut off.
But it shouldn't do that.
