What's wrong??

Recently I had to have my CIC unit replaced due to it frying while trying to update a 2009 E91.

The work was done at a dealership.

The first day I had it I updated my maps and loaded my music. The next morning the music was gone.

Now I get a message on the screen that shows the hard drive Free Memory screen that says NO INFO. Once in a while it shows the capacity, but rarely.

Is there anything I can do or suggest to the technicians about the problem?
