How good is this deal?

Hi guys,
I wanted to buy a BMW, and got a quote like this:
E90 335i 6MT Tiag w/Blk leather
Premium
Sport
Sat. Radio
MSRP$46,275 (I think...)

Dealer quote me $43,000
0.9% Financing

Is this a good deal?

On Saturday I bought a 2008 335i Sedan, options include manual trans, ZPP, ZSP, PDC, heated seats, ipod, alum trim.

MSRP was 45,600 (March '08 build so older pricing). Car would have been $725 higher MSRP with the latest pricing.

I paid $41,750 and that included those damn $130 floor mats.

OTD with 8.25% CA Tax was 45,606. Of course I took advantage of the 0.9%!

I think you can do better...
