What color FMIC?

If you had a choice of color for your FMIC what would it be? This question came about in another thread where members were discussing what colors FMIC would be best considering heat transfer, looks, etc....

VOTE!

If it is black with a different colored logo than it would more than likely be the same color logo for all intercoolers. Something customized to each intercooler would raise price....

Purely for performance, black transfers heat more efficiently than any other color. Would also be the most low-key color since it would disappear behind the bumper.

Wow, the results are much more even than I thought they would be. I am going to keep the poll open for another day or so to see if we can get a clear winner....

I guess the next question would be even if you wanted polished, would you buy a black FMIC if the price was right or vise versa (if you wanted black but only polished was available)?

I like the look of a polished intercooler, but black is a nice second option.

Black, but the color is the least important factor. Let's compare the pressure drops and efficiencies.

unpolished or black.
The stealth look is ideal!

When I say polished I mean the look that is out there on the market right now. I dont make anything really shiny or anything like that....

I personally think Anodized Black would be best....
