Popping / clunking sound from from end

Hi All

Driving to work this morning and started noticing a clunking / popping sound from the front end. Car drives perfectly fine. There is no noise on smooth roads only when the road is rough. Only recent work performed on the car within the last week is replacing the rear bumper by the smash repairs, and i also removed front rotors to sand off deposits and put them back. Braking is fine, and i used thread locker on the caliper carrier bolts and ensured all bolts i.e caliper guide bolts, rotor retaining screw, wheel lugs tightens to spec.
The noise is odd and inconsistent - when you expect to hear it whilst driving there's no noise, but then might occur a few seconds later.
One thing to note was when doing the rotors, i spun the wheel hub by hand and it felt smooth, but there was a slight noise.

Any help appreciated.

Car has 165000km on it. Front struts / mounts / tension strut / sway bar links / tie rods replace at 120000km. All with Lemforder and Meyle HD parts
