If you just want a nice scenic route with lots of twists and turns, though not at a high speed, the Cranbrook area off Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills is always a nice drive.
Speed-wise, I'd go for the Lodge Freeway!

try the commerce area by the lakes, though not fast some twisties.
