Expensive but this is going to be the future and I think it will be sooner than people expect. Think about it - no transmission loss, instant torque and zero emission if you get the power from the right sources.

Further we would not have to ship billions and billions over seas to buy oil which seems stupied to say the least if it is in any way avoidable.

Similar to some degree but you can't charge the Tesla in 10min! If they can make a car this fast that goes 200 miles on a 10min charge then making something less fast that does 400 miles on a charge should be within reach.

Interesting times for people that think importing oil from the Middle East is not such a hot idea.

We have a new Tesla dealership here in Palo Alto, California. I already saw a bunch of them on the roads, they look really good.
