error codes from modding
So i bought a used SSTT online and first time i tried to start the engine it went straight to limp mode. Upon checking the tuner, it looked like the previous owner may have yanked on the cables too hard and managed to unseat 2 of the 4 cables from the plug. I proceeded to reseat the cables and replugged the tune back in. Limp mode went away after that however for the first 2 rides my check engine like was on. Afterwards, the light went away on its own. So my question is, is there anything i need to do to try and clear these previous errors? If i leave things as is, will the dealership ask questions next time i bring it in for service? thanks in advance.
BTW, SSTT rocks! |

you can try to go to autzone and borrow there code reader and try to clear any codes that are there. otherwise, just leave em and make sure to remove the SSTT prior to service.
