Will these fit or any intake or does it have to be particular ones?

What exactly do you think those will accomplish? Those type of heat shields are for radiant heat, which is not the issue with that intake.

Completely agree!
You will be sucking in hot air from the other side of the filter where there's no shield.

ah, ok, thanks for the clarification. I didn't understand what people meant by heat shields for the intakes when they were talking about it in the BMS intake thread...

any clue of what the proper heatshield may look like?

It would be like a box that surrounds the whole intake. Similar to the stock airbox.....
