I don't. If I recall correctly (from way back) BMW doesn't sell it separately, and I just checked realoem and it still isnt listed.

I've never had a problem with leaking personally, but if I did then I would just use RTV.

Yes, but it also comes with a spring and plate to hold the valve in place.
