E92 LCI 330i Engine Oil take 22 minutes to reach 100 degrees celcius

Hey Guys,

I bought a 2011 BMW 330i Coupe MSport Auto with 40,000 miles.

I am getting an average of 22mpg in town and 36mpg on the motorway.

My issue is that it takes 21 minutes (5 miles) for the Engine Oil to reach 100 degrees Celsius. And then a further 10 minutes to reach 110 degrees Celsius.

The outside temperature is 8 degrees Celsius.

My exhaust tips have become black aswell.

I get whitish smoke from the exhaust. A very strong petrol smell comes out of the exhuast.

What could the issue be?

Stuck Open Thermostat?
Faulty Nox Sensor?

Anyone who could aid me with this I would be very appreciative.
