6fl/ipod Connection Problem
I have an '07 E90 335i with 6FL, no IDrive and a 80 gb Ipod classic.
When I open and close the center console (regardless if the Ipod is in the velcro case), I lose the signal from the Ipod to the head unit, and then my audio menu won't display the Ipod option until I fiddle around with the connector cable. Also, if I drive over a bumpy surface at speed, I'll lose the Ipod signal or the music will skip. I'm wondering if any one has experienced this as well. I haven't seen this specific problem in another thread, and I'm hesitant to go to the dealer for fear of receiving a progman update... tia |

The Ipod and USB system for this sound system is poorly execute. Scion even does a much better job at it.
