08 328i e90 secondary air port

What's up guys has anyone ever cleaned or unclogged the air ports on exhaust side ?

I have a ses light on for secondary air pump and dealer is telling me I got a clogged air port in cylinder #2 and head has to get replaced. But I looked it up and turns out all you have to do is unclog it but is there any way to do it without removing head or what's easiest way to do it ?
