How to deal with some rust spots, chips, scratches?

Ok so my car is 12yrs old and i highway drive it. I some some scuffs, chips, and small little rust spots.

What's the best way to take care of this? Do I just get the car repainted? Seems expensive.

Or can I find a good enough body shop that will just patch up those little sections?

Mainly I'd have my hood re-done, side skirt, bumper, door, trunk, rear quarter.
