Bluetooth connection with multiple phones simultaneously
Anyone have experience with connecting bluetooth with multiple phones at the same time? I can only connect one at a time. Also, how to set the connection priority?

from what i understand only one phone can connect at a time. you can set the priority of a phone by using the screen that shows all that devices that have been connected to the car. off the top of my head i cant give you a play by play on it though, i havent really needed to check. i did come across the screen though so it is there.

The priority of the phones can be set up in the communications section of iDrive (I don't know the process without iDrive, unfortunately).
I have my phone set as highest priority, and my wife is 2nd. When we get into the car together, my phone pairs with the car. However, if I leave her in the car and run into a store, my phone disconnects and hers automatically pairs. To my knowledge, there is no way to have them both simultaneously paired (i.e. have two simultaneous calls going through the hands-free system).

I don't have iDrive Now the situation is that phone added later has a higher priority. In the situation CnoteMD described, what happens if you come back from the store. Mine won't switch the connection back.
My colleague's MDX can connect to multiple phones simultaneously. Phone call to any of the connected phones will be directed to the car speaker if availabe. Only when there are two calls comes in at the same time, it connects to the higher priority one.
