Desktop Backgrounds

Hey everyone,

I just recently finished building a new desktop computer and was wanting to find some new desktop background images to go with it.

Does anyone know of good places to get these from? Just list whatever websites you know.

I think I have found a few differetn randomization files that will change it around frequently for me.

The main screen I am worried about fitting is 1680x x1050 (I think, not at that comp now).

I would prefer nature / science things mostly. I love sports but can never find any good amatuer or Olympic wrestling images for that size as that is the only sport I care about enough to want to see everytime I am on the computer.

Oh, also some good generic BMW ones would be nice. Things like the roundel, not car specific.

ANY picture you find on the internet can be your desktop picture. Right-click the image, save as, put in your c:\windows folder then it's selectable. Or just right-click, set as background.
Any of those randomization backgrounds have a default folder, you save any image you want in there.

While any picture on the internet CAN become a desktop background not many of them SHOULD. The link above really provides some awesome photos and renderings that come in a variety of resolutions to fit almost any screen without needing to be stretched or shrunk.
