-- You loose the premium stereo, but if you really want it, it will be $1200 -- You can get the new iDrive -- Sparkling Graphite Silver is no more -- pick a different color -- DCT will be an option Other than that, plus a price increase, its the same as the 08 |

BMW Dealers are being briefed next week (1st Week of August) on 2009 models in California. Might be a traveling road show...LCI Sedan and M3's etc.
As indicated the June 16th 2009 Ordering Guide is missing any info on the e92 coupes and has mostly e90 Sedan and M Models. I want an e90 2009 Sedan so it was a goldmine. Go to your dealer and find a CA who is smart. They can check on the CenterNet computer system for 2009 options and print screen captures. No prices for 2009's are yet available. If you dealer doesn't know anything about 2009's walk out. Ordering Guide is available for 6 weeks. Just no pricing data. BTW likely no DCT for e92's Coupes in the US. Cheers, Cheers, |

I was told pricing should be out soon, but who knows.
Just plan on a bump across the board since the dollar is real weak, and of course not logic 7 standard.

2009 no DCT yet
Was at dealer a few hours ago and he showed me the computer screen with the available options for e92 335i coupe. No DCT was listed.
He also showed me the M3 screen which showed Le Mans Blue available for the e92 M3 coupe. |

According to the US press release, the coupe gets "less extensive updates for 2009" compared to the sedan.
My CA told me the dealer website only shows additional chrome to the interior and a refreshed center console. ![]() http://www.press.bmwgroup.com/pressc...257488007180D4 |

okay ouch, because what's the lowdown for the 328 coupe, really curious... because having the 335 w/ logic7 standard while making it a nice 4 digit option on the 328 was a little nugget to lure a percentage of people that might have been heavily option pkging a 328 to possibly swing all the way to the 335... with this gone, what are they cutting out of the 328. i remember it has been said on these forums about a yr ago that the logic7 components aren't woefully worth the 1.2k option price, in otherwords you can get alot more quality audio buying your own aftermarket system etc, so by BMW not giving you 335 buyers the logic7 default, they are saving what, 300-500 bucks per 335 where the customer wont up to the L7? i think if i'm cutting out the L7, i may lower the option price from 1.2 to 1k. |

Aftermarket audio is going to be VERY difficult to integrate with i-drive. You can do speaker upgrades, but that is about the extent of it.
