SOS button for something else?

Hi, I have removed my TCU module from E92 and now wondering could I use SOS button for something else?

I have pinpoint SOS button wire (31)

So my question are:

What voltage do I get if I connect something to pin 31 and the ground? will it be 12V?
Will it still give that voltage even if I coded out option 639 from VO and set "TCM_ALIVE_MONITOR -> nicht_activ"; "TCM_ID_MONITOR -> nicht_activ"?

Why not just measure it.
Have you looked at the schematic for the FCZ

I know it's an older thread, but it would be so great to hardwire a radar detector or laser jammer using the SOS button. I've been tempted to experiment for some time. I'm not that good at electrical work, yet. Perhaps in the spring.

You can make it an atmosphere light color switch like Mini has (also need to install some RGB LED)

Documentation seems to be misleading though, it might be that from switch comes the ground not the power, but I have stopped researching this, as I did not find a good use for that button. If you will be able to do something with it please update us.

I've been looking for a way to use the SOS button. Where can I find this wiring diagram?
If this is the pinout on the TCU plug in the trunk, this is great news.
I think this button could be used for activating a secondary fuel pump or NOS system in the trunk. There is also a green LED next to the button that can be used for acknowledgement or confirmation of availability.
