having problems installing navigation on my 2010 323i built in march

I have been trying to install updates in my navigation system
bought updates for premium and move
but I cant get in my gps as its just going round
can any body tell me what maps goes in this car I know its via usb in glove compartment
tryied to install premium it starts gets to part were it says have you got key I say yes then it says install usb 1 to cont update but I have the usb in there
but goes no were
thease are the files in usb (config pkgdb )

Welcome to the forum
Sorry to hear you are having problems with the upgrade
Not sure what system you are trying to upgrade (business, professional etc) but someone should be able to help out

Meanwhile type navigation into the search function in the upper right of the screen to find threads relating to nav upgrades...

Highly unlikely a dealer provided Move map material when it was never fitted to that platform.

Go into the Navigation menu, press the iDrive OPTION button, then scroll down and select "Navigation System Version".

What does it say for "Road Map Australia/New Zealand xxxx yyyy" ?

(xxxx = PREMIUM for Professional nav, or MOTION for Business nav)
(yyyy = Map Year eg. 2010)
