Can I install a port injection kit but not actually use it until I upgrade my turbo? For ex can I install the plate and just not put power onto the aic controller?

I'm planning to install the plate/ injectors and all that but I'm gonna wait to wire it up for a couple reasons, I'm still waiting for my base map for the pi, plus e85 is kinda a drive for me and I need to go stock up again, and Tuesday nights are my nights I have available to work on the car so I'm planning on getting the install out of the way while I wait for the map and more e85

Ok, even as far as the fuel line goes, I can hook it up it don't matter right, it's not like the injectors can spray without power
