so i wanted to replace my front bubbled tire. just wondering if I can put a used non-RFT bridgestone potenza re050 but not the A verson. so it's not symmetrical. i eventually want to go non-RFT all around.

is that a bad idea?

It's such a bad idea as to deserve a patent.

You've driven cars w/o run-flats, for sure. You can tell how much stiffer the run-flat sidewall is in comparison. It's the exact same question if, after driving your car 100K miles, you considered replacing 3 of your 4 shocks/struts.

You don't even want to trust that in a straight line, with your family on-board.

Not trying to be a soap-box preacher... But, either get a replacement RFT, or go performance all-around. Might I suggest the Falken FK-452?
