Vessel: ELEKTRA, Voyage: EA831-ELX; Dep. 08/01

After waiting and waiting for owners circle to update my status from "Awaiting Transport" to "Enroute" for over 2 weeks, I finally decided to contact BMWED for an update. Seems my Black Sapphire 335i coupe made it onto this vessel!

Expected to arrive to NY on the 14th. Hopefully the rest is smooth and the car gets to the dealership before the end of the 0.9% special. Anyone else on this Vessel?

I'm on this one as well. Car is FINALLY making it's way accross the pond...
Unfortunately no 0.9% special up here in Canada...

Sorry to hear about the finances. Look on the bright side, the vessel arrives on NS on the 12th. You're only a few weeks away from your car! How long were you waiting at the port for? Can't believe mine took exactly 16 days

According to 2wglobal, it looks like our vessel departed NY today. At this point, I don't think it's possible to track the vehicle any further. It'll probably go through customs and the VPC, then straight to the dealership. Hope there aren't hiccups, can't wait for the car to arrive!

All depends on how long it takes at the VPC, hopefully not longer than 2 weeks. I purchased in NJ, so the trip to the dealership shouldn't take longer than 1 day. Which dealership did you purchase from?

BMW of the Main Line was the dealer.

I recieved i messege from the SA. I might getting delivery by tuesday or wed....

So, u should be in that timeframe for sure....

Lets see how's everything going..

Well your CA is doing his/her job for sure! I did not receive any phone calls yet. What did they say exactly? Also, were you able to negotiate prices from the Main Line at all? They are the closest dealership to me but wouldn't budge on pricing, so I had to shop elsewhere.

Glad to hear it, that was really quick! My CA said my car should be released from the VPC within a week. I'm hoping there aren't any problems with my car since my dealership is even closer than yours and it's still not at the there yet

Did you do US order or European Delivery? Maybe mine is taking longer due to ED and it having to clear customs...
