JB4 Installed - Now No Start

I tried to install a JB4 last night and have ran into issues. Here's the timeline.

Installed JB4.
Flashed a BEF off Burger's post (as I was previously MHD only).
The car started and idled perfectly. It did not throw any codes.
I put the DME cover back on.
I replaced the BOV line while I was at it.
I went to test drive the car and it would not crank at all. The “Service” icon was illuminated.
I then completely removed the JB4 and flashed back to MHD OTS.
Same issue - no crank, no start. “Service” icon illuminated.
I then threw a charger on and flashed back to my stock map via MHD.
Let it charge overnight.
Now it cranks for a split second but doesn't start.

I'm getting the following codes:

2CFB - DME: Throttle-valve adaption.
2D09 - DME: Throttle.
2FA3 - DME: No coding.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Usually means a connector is backwards or in the wrong spot. Post installation photos.
