A guy wrote my N54 335i off!

Well, what can I say.

Gutted is an understatement. Guy pulled out on me, hit my 335i, pushed me across the road into an oncoming van.

Luckily we were only travelling at 25/30mph.

Cars a category N write off (cosmetic only).

Absolutely gutted. Im getting the car back though and plan on restoring it and tackling a few engine jobs while Im at it - oil pan gasket, serp belt, walnut blast, turbo refurb

Can't tell if there's more serious damage like frame damage.

Cosmetic only according to the inspection, which is good news.

It looks like they just drove straight into you...not sure how he couldn't see a car right in front of him.... Unlucky mate.
I would check insurance costs before buying it back & putting it on the road.
Your going to take a hit on insurance premiums for the next five years, I suspect even more so with a write off on your history.
I had my old e36 repaired with used parts through my insurance to avoid it being written off, maybe that could be an option?

Anyways got luck getting it sorted.
